(c) Orders placed using the same billing and/or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided when the order was placed. We also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. Section-6 : Goods Shipping

We deliver the orders through most reliable and e-commerce freindly shipping partner(s) across India. We process and dispatch your orders, within 24 working hours (excluding national and state holidays) from our nearest warehouse or distribution facility. Depending on your delivery address, it may take betweeen two(2) to seven(7) working days. We share order tracking details with you via your registered Whatsapp number/ SMS number/ email addresss, once we dispatch your goods. You may track your oders on shippping partner website or on this website, after login your account. Unless otherwise expressly stated, all prices for products listed on our website are exclusive of shipping charges and any applicable taxes or duties. Unless otherwise expressly stated, shipping charges will be calculated separately and added to your total order amount during the checkout process. These charges are your responsibility and must be paid in full prior to the shipment of goods.

Section-7 : Goods Replacement / Return

We strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive an item that has manufacturing defect(s) or incorrect (i.e., the product(s) is/are not part of your order.), you must contact our customer support team within 3 (three) calendar days of receiving the product. Upon verifying the defective or incorrect item claim, our customer support team will guide you through the return process.

We will only accept returns for the following reasons: (a) The product does not fit your vehicle or it has manufacturing defect(s). (b) A wrong product (i.e., the product(s) is/are not part of your order.) was delivered to you. We will not accept any returns based on "chnage of mind" or the product(s) has/have been wrongly orderd or product(s) get damaged by transporter / shipping partner during transit.

You shall have to contact our support team withing 3 (three) calendar days, to start the verification and return process. Requests submitted after this 3 (three) calendar days will not be processed or considered valid for return. You agree and confirm that, all such product(s) , must be returned in their original packaging and must be in the same condition as received.
